The Corbel bricks on this property had come loose due to erosion of the mortar. As a result mortar was falling onto the public footpath and there was a risk of the bricks falling. The works involved the removal of a number of the corbel bricks, cleaning them and then bedding them back in place and pointing up. In addition all the mortar under the slates had to be removed and re-pointed
